CHALLENGE

OPAP has thousands of stores around Greece and they vary in sizes. The management wanted to have insights from three flagship stores in Attica region. Apart from footfall data they want to know how visitors move inside the store, as well as their demographics.

SOLUTION

Since OPAP wanted as many KPIs as possible, in order to decide how to design and set up their stores, we deployed our full solution. Footfall at the entrances, anther footfall device for the VTL machines area as well as heat map devices, so we are able to monitor how the visitors move inside the store, which zones they visit and how much time they spend in each zone. Finally, we installed MAG at each store in order to get demographics data. We are able to see the gender and age group of the visitors.

CHALLENGE

Plovdiv Plaza is a newly built mall in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The management wanted to have footfall data as well as demographics data from day one of the mall’s operation. The mall has two street level entrances plus entrances in three parking levels.

SOLUTION

We installed 3D Alpha sensors for footfall counting on all levels of the mall as well as MAG devices for demographics on most entrances. The management hence knows the exact number of visitors that are in their premises at any given time, as well their gender and age group. Depending on the demographics of the visitors, the management can adjust their offers and maximize profit and conversion rate.

CHALLENGE

Swarovski has more than 40 stores in Greece and Cyprus where there was no footfall counting system whatsoever. Swarovski has more than 20 franchisees, owning from one to seven stores each, all under the umbrella of Swarovski Hellas.

SOLUTION

Digisec installed V-Count solution in more than 40 Swarovski  stores in Greece and Cyprus. Swarovski started to measure people’s footfall activity in and out of their physical stores, resulting in a better understanding of customer traffic and peak hours of business. The company utilized this data and actionable insights provided via V-Count Business Intelligence Platform, to make critical business decisions. We created one major account for Swarovski Hellas to monitor traffic and KPIs of all stores, aw well as one account for our Business Intelligence platform for each franchisee.

digisec-projects-attrattivo-image-1

CHALLENGE

Prominent clothing brands Attrattivo and ALE were using 2D cameras in order to measure footfall traffic in its’ stores across Greece. However, as an older version of people counting technology 2D cameras were not providing  the insights they needed and were performing poorly in terms of accuracy

SOLUTION

Digisec has already installed 3D Alpha+ devices in more than 60 Attrattivo and ALE stores. After the installation, the company started employing data collected through V-Count devices to gain more visibility into their operations and business cycles. All important KPIs are presented in tables and charts giving important insights of the company. We bridged our platform with AXF’s ERP system in order to feed our BI platform with real time sales data. Taking quick actions based on this data, AXF S.A. has significantly increased conversion rates.
